Pet Look-Alike

They say dogs resemble their owners, and we’d like to second that statement after looking at this picture. Studies have shown that people tend to choose dogs that look similar to themselves… and that people also tend to unconsciously mimic the expressions and movements of their dogs.

This cat must have some sick street name and is probably known for being the best car mechanic in the hood. We hate to disappoint you, but it turns out that this picture is photoshopped. Cats have more important things to do, such as lounging around, rather than taking selfies.

If you’ve seen the animated TV series Futurama, you probably know the mysterious Hypnotoad and his, well, hypnotic abilities. This picture proves to us that the Hypnotoad exists in real life as well. Furthermore, it seems to have gathered a few disciples as well. 

As we can see, the smaller toads seem enthralled by the presence of their leader. Perhaps they are assembling a cult and are planning to do something sinister. And, of course, leaders always have an extra level of security to keep the masses at bay.

Just look at the fierce kitty staring down its prey with hungry eyes. However, there is one hiccup in this situation. The prey is enclosed in a glass jar, and it’s too risky for the fearsome predator to reach inside.

This scene would definitely pass as a poster for a horror movie. We feel bad for the poor fish. It seems quite nervous and well aware of its predicament. Furthermore, we’re hoping this is not its permanent home due to the size of the enclosure. 

The Irony 

Jaws is an iconic horror movie, but did you know it can be even scarier? Just like every other horror movie, it’s all about the ambiance. So where do the brave souls in search of an extra scare watch Jaws? On the water, of course!

We hope there were no pranksters swimming around. We can’t even imagine how much people would jump if they felt something brush past their feet in that situation. All the same, we think the real horror is that the film gave sharks a bad name.

Duck Under Sleeves

This is exactly the kind of thing we need to see before we start our day. As we can see, this endearing duck seems to be nonchalantly lounging around under the sleeves of its owner. This also reminds us of the Demogorgon from Stranger Things.

This is the first time we’ve seen a duck’s tongue, and we’re not sure how to feel about it. This is way safer than having a chihuahua up your sleeve. Overall, we are loving this scenery, and after this, we believe all pet ducks should be kept under sleeves for warmth and support.  

Happy Birthday! 

It’s not uncommon to see owners celebrating their pet’s birthdays. Although cats and dogs or any other pets do not understand that it’s their birthday, their owners do. Thus, they go above and beyond to make the day special for them. 

Obviously, the cat is the one “celebrating.” Presented with a fancy fish fillet, topped with a candle, it surely seems like a fancy affair. However, both pets seem to be unimpressed by the arrangement. We guess they don’t like being reminded of the passage of time.

Perhaps the baby is going to audition for the baby version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It already looks the part, and now all it needs to hone is some excellent martial arts skills. Child actors are all the rage now, and we believe in this baby’s talent.

Why did the cat want to change his name? Because he felt more like a Puma than a Felix. After noticing this instance, we’d definitely say that this cat is built for wild nature. The puma is known for its agility and grace, and this cat follows suit. 

This cat cosplayed as a puma as it perfectly sprung from the bag, arcing its body in the same way. We wonder how long the owner sat there waiting just for that exact shot. We are definitely loving this knock-off version of the puma logo.

At first we thought this individual had some bizarre dental contraption on his head. Alas, that wasn’t the case. In fact, it was something more nefarious. This person seems to not understand why there is a barrier between the booth and the visitors. 

Even if COVID-19 didn’t exist and we didn’t need to worry about social distancing, this is still not an acceptable situation. We bet he doesn’t know what a personal bubble is. We’d hate to be sitting next to him on the train.

We present to you the newest ride at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, the Scrapenator. It’s full of twists and bumps that are sure to leave a mark. Embrace the abrasion as you soar through the coarse tracks of this wild slide.

This looks really painful, and it’s guaranteed to do some damage as well. We can bet they just shortened the slide by adding steps halfway down the slide. This might be due to someone going over the edge the first time.

We’d like to call this the “blinker fluid.” Refilling lighter fluid is a very important step, and it shouldn’t be missed in cop cars, either. How can you flash those blue lights without filling them up with the same color liquid?

The Garbage Laptop

Ever thought of a laptop lid being used as the top of a garbage container? Yeah, us neither, yet someone not only thought of it, but made it a reality. From the outside, it looks like just another apple laptop in its glory. However, things take a turn once you open the lid. 

Imagine visiting your friend’s place and opening this laptop and discovering this invention. Well, in our opinion, this is definitely cooler than a regular lid. We’d like to call this an “iTrash.” At least, it has better quality garbage than an actual Mac. 

The Curious Case of Tiger Mascot

Imagine this scene: a tiger mascot costume peeks out from the wash basin, its orange and black fur contrasting sharply with the white porcelain of the sink. The oversized head of the costume rests on the rim of the basin, its mouth open in a silent roar. 

The mascot’s eyes, round and expressive, seem to be searching for something in the distance. The costume, complete with a tail and padded paws, is partially submerged in the water, giving the impression that the tiger is emerging from a jungle stream. Truly horrifying.

Not everyone is cut out for research. It involves long hours of tedium, often repeating the same process over and over for months or years on end. Yet it seems like one cat has the patience and determination to find the answers hiding just under the microscope.

We’re not sure those paws are delicate enough to fine-tune the microscope, but it’s the enthusiasm that counts. The only thing missing from this picture is an actual slide in the microscope. Oh well. We’re sure there’s enough cat hair around to examine.

First off, we can’t even tell where this photo was taken. Everyone’s in short sleeves, yet there are two guys with ski goggles. There’s no snow in the background, so it can’t be spring skiing, right? We can’t even start to guess; we’re too distracted by the guy on the left.

This black car is a unique hybrid of motorcycle and truck design, with sleek and aerodynamic lines at the front that give way to a more rugged and utilitarian look at the back. The front of the car is dominated by a large, sweeping fairing that covers the wheels and engine, giving it the appearance of a powerful motorcycle. 

The back of the car, however, is boxy and sturdy, with a flatbed truck design that suggests it is built for hauling cargo. The black paint job gives the car a menacing look. The car is a true one-of-a-kind, blending the best of both worlds in a truly unique and striking package. 

The Sad Pooh

This image is a reminder that underneath those bright costumes and permanent smiles are average humans. They’re just like us, and they need a break, especially after a long day of making other people happy. And there’s no better way to unwind than scrolling through your phone.

It’s not every day you see someone so fully embracing a retail brand in this way. The boy is dressed head-to-toe in Ikea merchandise, his entire outfit bearing the colors and logo of the popular furniture store. From his hat to his shorts, it’s all part of the ensemble.

The cheese is a bright yellow color, with small holes dotting the surface, adding to the resemblance to the original shoes. It’s hard to imagine anyone wearing these shoes for a long period of time, but it’s certainly a fun way to play with your food. 

An Interesting Chess Game

It’s not clear why the chessboard is placed in this location. It could be a playful way to add an element of surprise to a game of chess, or it could be an art installation. The commodes are a stark contrast to the elegance of the chessboard and pieces. 

This is an unusual and unexpected setting for a game of strategy. The two toilets are on either side of the board, with the toilets’ lids open, providing seating for the players. This setting would certainly make for a memorable game.

After seeing this scenario, we are never going to prepare sandwiches in the normal way ever again. This is another great invention by Wallace and Gromit, and we’d like to call it the “Traffic Jam.” As we can see, the bread slices are aligned in a perfect arch on the rear window.

We’re curious about what the function of this particular arrangement is. Turns out, the wiper blade is used to put jam on the bread slices. Although there is no wrong in putting jam on bread the traditional way, there will always be a rebel among us. 

Hazardous Tires

Tires are a crucial safety component of a vehicle, and it is important to keep them in good condition for proper operation and to prevent accidents. Thus, it is not appropriate or safe to decorate a tire with pieces of an infant doll or any other object.

Additionally, any foreign objects on a tire could cause damage to the tire and compromise its ability to function properly. Therefore, we don’t understand why someone would take the time to decorate the rims of a tire with doll pieces. 

The Sisters of Battle

Nothing to see here. Just a group of girls dressed in identical heretic costumes on a bus/train, eyeing their fellow passengers. The costumes, featuring dark robes and hoods and even a skull emblem, were intricately detailed and gave off a seriously sinister aura.

The girls seemed to be in high spirits, laughing and chatting among themselves. However, we wonder what the passengers were thinking about this strange encounter. Needless to say, we are loving the confident and fierce energy these cosplayers are exuding. 

Grate Toast

Presenting a unique toaster known as the “Grated Manhole.” These bread slices were placed over a grated manhole in a busy street, emulating a toaster. Heated by the warm air coming from the manhole below, you are guaranteed to get some crispy toast.

With the bread being toasted to a perfect golden brown color, it must be hard for the passersby to resist their temptation to avail a slice. This makeshift toaster seems like a creative and unique way to serve warm, toasted bread to the public. However, in reality, it’s a waste of food.
